2-Stance- You have to stand with your body facing straight with the javelin high above your shoulder, then start running and speed up smoothly towards the line, run with your hips at 90 degrees towards the target, then put your left foot in-front of your right foot before digging your left heel into the ground and pushing off your right and throwing at a 45-50 degree angle into the air.
If the point doesn't land in the ground it is classed as a No throw

2-Stance- Have your left foot at the front with your right leg behind then twist your hips and bend your right leg while keeping your elbow straight then push through with your arm and release when your arm is fully extended. Don Not Through It. Push It
3-Spin- Start out at the back of the circle and facing backwards. Then do a 360 spin moving towards the front of the circle and then push your throwing arm through and release when arm is fully extended.
Long-Jump
1-Run-Up- Start off with a drive or push off the start then move into a tall position and get to the board as fast as possible, Then place your foot in the middle of the board so you do not foul and the push off your leg and the try land on your feet and lean forward so you don't fall back and lose distance.
