1. The Coach in video 1 was intense and was yelling which doesn't get the message across clearly unlike the Coach in video 2 who talked in a soft tone and a suitable volume and explained things clearly.
2a. Coach 1 - He was not successful because the kids didn't listen to him because he was always yelling at them which caused them not to understand him.
Coach 2 - He was successful because he explained everything clearly and talked in a calm voice and in a suitable volume.
3a. Coach 2 is more successful because he makes sure that his team understands and he speaks clearly cause he doesn't yell.
